Silence is golden. For Buyers: Your priorities shift as you see more homes. If you trash a house today but realize it’s "the one" next week, you’ve already weakened your negotiating power.
For Agents: Giving the listing agent a laundry list of "what’s wrong" doesn't lower the price; it just makes you look difficult to work with.
